Linda Jones (LJ) relocated from Guam and
brought with her over twenty-two years of Real Estate experience in
sales, rentals, office ownership and management. Linda lives in north
Tacoma and manages our homes and apartments in Lakewood, University

Carrie Lee Jakeman-Swafford has been around the business
for twenty-five plus years. Over that time she has watched and helped with
Park 52’s growth and has acquired a wealth of business knowledge.
Carrie handles many properties in the east Pierce County area. She
"racks" up the miles through DuPont, Puyallup, Graham and Spanaway!

Selina Hicks
a Washington native has spent 6 years in residential sales and became interested in
the management of homes and investment property. She joined our office
as a property manager and works with builders and investors properties in many areas of Pierce
County.

Maria Almanza
We are happy to
announce that Maria has returned to Park 52. She acquired her
Real Estate License and will be handling most of the apartment complex accounts and

Nicole Jakeman
has been around and worked for Park 52 for many years. Nicole
received her Real Estate license and has added properties to her
portfolio from north Tacoma to Lake Tapps. Nicole lives in the
Stadium District and specializes in the condominium and apartments

Colleen Nichols has experience being a licensed agent for the past
several years.
She is married with the grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
She loves spending her free time with family. Colleen will be

Stephanie Elguera, our Home
Owner Association specialist, has been working in the title, escrow and
insurance field for over 3 years preparing reports, helping customers,
solving problems and answering questions. When she came to our
company, in response to our “receptionist” ad, we were wowed by her
enthusiasm and customer service skills. Stephanie has acquired her
license and is handling a few of our apartment communities and heads up

Vicki Moore
joined Park 52 as head
bookkeeper with a background in management and mortgage bookkeeping.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Vicki enjoys kayaking and
joining her husband on windy days while he kite surfs. She also enjoys
photography, particularly wildlife. Vicki and her husband reside in
University place with their 2 cats. Say “Hello” to Vicki the next time

Sue
Dougherty, an Army
brat, works in the bookkeeping side of Park 52 . She has worked in a
variety of professions including owning and managing her own gas
station, office manager for a busy financial services office and
marketing for a mortgage company, among others. Her favorite means of
transportation is her Dyna Low Rider (that's a Harley) and you will see her on the road whizzing by as a streak of
blue over the Narrows Bridge to her home in the town of Home. Say Hi to

Tonia Belanger our
Lead receptionist, besides answering phones and greeting customers, Tonia also
has other important tasks that she fulfills every day. Tonia
takes care of in office advertising, and helps in the reception area
along with backup support for the property managers, she is one of the
bright and cheery voices that greet you when you call Park 52.
Tonia is vital
to the backbone of Park 52 !
Alicia Saia is the newest
addition to Park52 Inc. and comes to us from Pullman, Washington. She is
currently finisher her degree in Social Sciences with a Psychology
minor, through Washington State University's distance degree program.
Alicia has six years of customer service experience, and four years of
clerical knowledge that she brings to the company.

Camille Sebring is our Office
Administrator, she works closely with the Broker (Paul Jakeman) as well as coordinating with;
Bookkeeping, Maintenance & the Property Managers to assist in
the day to day operations of the company. Camille comes from a
Real Estate & office management background.

Christine Jakeman
works as needed here at Park 52 which means that
she is here a lot!
Christine, Paul’s wife, helps out
in the office with answering phones, sorting mail, processing invoices
and helps with communicating with our rather large Hispanic community.

Paul Jakeman
is our office Real Estate Broker he opened Park 52 in
1982 with his partner Ron Wemhoff. What began as a small business
venture in the recession of 1982 has continued to grow and expand with
