Linda Jones (LJ) relocated from Guam and brought with her over twenty-two years of Real Estate experience in sales, rentals, office ownership and management.  Linda lives in north Tacoma and manages our homes and apartments in Lakewood, University Place and throughout greater west Tacoma.

Paul and Christine's daughter, Carrie Lee Jakeman has been around the business for twenty-five plus years.  Over that time she has watched and helped with Park 52’s growth and has acquired a wealth of business knowledge.  Carrie handles many properties in the east Pierce County area. She "racks" up the miles through Puyallup, Graham and Spanaway!

Selina Hicks a Washington native has spent two and a half years in residential sales and became interested in the management of homes and investment property.  She joined our office as a property manager and works with builders and investors properties in many areas of Pierce County.

Maria Almanza is back! We are happy to announce that Maria has returned to Park 52.  She recently acquired her Real Estate License and will be handling apartment complex accounts and properties throughout the south end. Call or come in and say “Hola” to Maria.

Nicole Jakeman is the newest addition to the Park 52 family.  She is also Paul and Christine’s oldest daughter and has been around and worked for Park 52 for many years. Nicole recently received her Real Estate license and has added properties to her portfolio from north Tacoma to Lake Tapps.  Nicole lives in the Stadium District and specializes in the condominium and apartments markets.

Stephanie Elguera, our receptionist, has been working in the title, escrow and insurance field for over 3 years preparing reports, helping customers, solving problems and answering questions.  When she came to our company, in response to our “receptionist” ad, we were wowed by her enthusiasm and customer service skills.  Drop by to say hi or say a big hello to her on the phone.  Stephanie has also recently acquired her license and is handling a few of our apartment communities.

Deb Beaudry our Bookkeeper has had experience watching over her clients’ dollars and cents for over thirty years!  Property management is dependent on accurate and timely collections, posting and distribution of income & expenses.  Our Trust account is audited by the State of Washington and for twenty years has been “perfectly balanced”.

Lynn Tjerne is our office administrator; she supervises the accounting department and attends to those 1001 items that keep the company running smoothly. Lynn, a Tacoma native, has acquired many job skills in her years in the workforce. Lynn’s main expertise is computers and has developed and maintains the IT department, website and e-mail connections for owners throughout the United States and Overseas.

Christine Jakeman  works as needed here at Park 52 which means that she is here a lot!  Christine, Paul’s wife, helps out in the office with answering phones, sorting mail, processing invoices and helps with communicating with our rather large Hispanic community.  Chris is vital to the backbone of Park 52 – stop in and say hi!

Paul Jakeman is our office Real Estate Broker he opened Park 52 in 1982 with his partner Ron Wemhoff.  What began as a small business venture in the recession of 1982 has continued to grow and expand with the hard work and dedication of the staff above and other dedicated employees throughout the TWENTY FIVE years.
