Paul Jakeman
Paul is our owner/broker and the founder of Park 52. Paul and his business partner Ron Wemhoff opened our office in the spring of 1982. Times were difficult back then, being in the middle of a recession. It's hard to believe that home loans were in the 15% range! Over the years Park 52 has grown and expanded its reach throughout Pierce County to serve many, many clients. This area means a great deal to Paul, who has lived and worked in the same neighborhood of Tacoma for over 50 years. When not working, Paul enjoys golfing, cycling and playing with grandkids in his limited spare time.

Carrie Lee Jakeman-Swafford
Born and raised here at Park 52, Carrie has been around the business for over 25 years. Over that time she has helped with Park 52's growth and has acquired a wealth of business knowledge. Starting as a receptionist and working her way up to one of our Managing Brokers, Carrie is active in all business matters associated with day-to-day management for Park 52. Carrie and her husband enjoy raising their son Aidan, future broker at Park 52. They enjoy attending church and spending time with family and friends!

Camille Sebring
Camille is our Office Administrator. She brings powerful business management support to our company. This includes ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible by working closely with each department, assisting and overseeing the day to day operations - in addition to the company finances. Camille has obtained her Managing Broker's license, and is continually engaged in educational courses. She feels strongly about giving back to the community in which she lives and has been engaged in many types of volunteer programs.

Andrea Bautista
Andrea is the Head Receptionist for Park 52. She brings with her 8 years of Property Management experience as well as being a licensed Realtor. Andrea was born and raised in the King County area and speaks both Spanish & English. She enjoys spending her free time with her 2 children and husband. Larena Williams

Larena is the Head Bookkeeper for Park 52. In this position she is responsible for inputting invoices, receiving & processing rents, and owner payments. She was born and raised in Washington she now resides in the Browns point area of Tacoma. Larena enjoys site seeing and spending time with her family. Property management is dependent on accurate and timely collections, posting and distribution of income & expenses. Our Trust account is audited by the State of Washington and for twenty years has been "perfectly balanced".

Erica Smith

Erica is our assistant bookkeeper and brings over 3 years of banking and customer service experience to Park 52 . Born and raised in Missoula, Montana, she has now been in Washington for 4 years now and enjoys her new Pierce County home. She spends  most of her free time with family & friends and enjoys barbecuing, music, and games.

Stephanie Elguera 
Stephanie is our Quality Assurance Coordinator and has had experience working in title & escrow and the insurance field for over 6 years helping customers, solving problems and answering questions. Stephanie has acquired her Real Estate License and assists Park 52 by studying our policies and procedures to ensure we provide effective and quality service to our customers. She expedites the process of applications giving owners a quick and quality return on their rental investment. Stephanie also assists with the day to day operations of Park 52 Property Management and bill paying. In Stephanie's spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Linda Jones (LJ)
LJ relocated from Guam and brought with her over 22 years of real estate experience in sales, rentals, office ownership, and management. She lives in North Tacoma and manages our properties in Lakewood, University Place, Gig Harbor, North Tacoma, and throughout greater West Tacoma.

Maria Almanza

Maria is originally from Sun Valley, California. She started at Park 52 as a receptionist, but went on to acquire her Real Estate License and now manages properties for the company.Maria is happily married and has 3 children, with whom she enjoys spending her free time with.

Colleen Nichols
Colleen was born here in Tacoma, WA and raised in Sierra Vista, AZ where she would meet her husband of 24 years. Her real-estate career started in 2001 working for large apartment communities. Colleen joined the Park 52 team in 2008 and manages homes throughout Pierce County. She has 3 grown children and 7 wonderful and energetic grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family as they are the most important part of her life.

Robert Rasmussen
Robert is our Marketing and IT Manager here at Park 52. He brings with him over 5 years of marketing and technology experience. Other then working on his college degree he spends his spare time operating Narrows CrossFit out in Gig Harbor, Snowboards all throughout the Pacific Northwest and most importantly spends time with his family and friends.

Sandy DeWitt
A Pierce County native, Sandy has been in property management for the better part of 10 years. In this time, she has worked in single family home, on-site, and home owner association management. Along with years of experience, Sandy also brings accessibility, great communication, and a enthusiastic customer service to our management team. In her free time, she is a Girl Scout troop leader (here for all your cookie needs!).

Debbi Boyd
Debbi has worked in Real Estate in Thurston County for many years. She spent her childhood in the Olympia area and still calls it home. Currently, Debbi serves on the board of Olympia Master Builders, the Building Industry Association of Washington, and the YMCA.  In Debbi's free time you can find her at one of her daughter's drill team events or other community activities. She specializes in the DuPont and Thurston County areas.

Kellene Richards
Kellene is our Homeowner Association Manager. She brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and community management to our company. Her experience ranges from a Level 5 Built Green Energy Efficient General Contractor, to serving as president on a large homeowner association board. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Kellene is also licensed in four lines of insurance. Family is important to her; she has a married son and loves spending time with them.

Mary Bishop
Mary brings with her 12 years of customer service, administration, and critical problem solving experience to our Maintenance Department. Using her close attention to detail and excellent communication skills, she will take care of all your maintenance needs. On evenings and weekends, Mary can be found spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also loves to travel, but is happy to call Tacoma home as she has resided here her whole life.

Judy Miller
Judy is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and our most recent property manager addition. Judy brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and managing tenant improvement projects. Judy manages our properties in Bonny Lake and Puyallup. She has worked in Real Estate for several years in University Place, Lakewood and Gig Harbor. She and her husband live in Lakewood and enjoy traveling in their free time.

Mary Jones
Mary is the newest addition to Park 52 team. She was born in California and raised in Tacoma. She brings with her 20 years of customer service. Her position at the front desk enables her to put her 20 years experience to work for you. In their spare time, Mary and her husband of 14 years can be found at various baseball fields following their sons teams all around Washington. Jose Almanza
Park 52 has its own full time Maintenance Department with highly skilled technicians. With many years of experience, Jose can handle everything from minor repairs to more complex repairs and renovations jobs. 

Rick Cummings
Rick has worked maintenance in many different aspects over the last six years; from new construction, renovation, appliance repair, and electrical as a 07B residential electrician. Every job Rick does he makes sure to take great care in doing it with skill and proficiency. Rick is happily married for the last six years with three kids and loves to work and volunteer in my community.

Hatty Is our Office Assistant/Receptionist at Park 52 Association Management LLC. Hatty brings 10 plus years of customer service. Seven of those years as an Apartment manager in the Lakewood area. Hatty has one daughter and when not working enjoys doing private events as a makeup artist and spending time with family and friends.
